Sarnia Artwalk

About

Our Mission: Artwalk Sarnia-Lambton will harness the creative energy of our community in series of year round collaborative community efforts. Annually Artwalk will produce a weekend long festival celebrating the development of our arts and culture district.

Artwalk Sarnia-Lambton is a registered not-for-profit organization dedicated to the support and promotion of arts and culture in our community. The Artwalk festival was originally created to demonstrate a full and active downtown community through the partnership of local artists, performers, local arts institutions such as Gallery Lambton and The Lawerence House Centre for the Arts, and downtown businesses.

Artwalk 2007 drew an estimated 10,000 people to downtown Sarnia. Highlights included regional artists and performers as well as a non-motorized people powered parade featuring stilt walkers, unicyclists, and a myriad of colorful costumed ensembles unified by the theme: Elements of Earth.

This year we look forward to producing another exciting festival and expanding our community partnerships. Visit our photo gallery, watch our movie on the home page, and consider how you would like to get involved by visiting our registration forms page.
