Introduction of Artwalk 2008 Event
Committee. Shawn Mc Knight described the set up and the added Environmental
sector.

Set up music stages,
info booths, assist artists to booths

new entries, marshalling, general assistance,
costumes for the weekend can be picked up at
Unitarian booth

at Energy Exchange Artwalk Headquarter and at two Stages, selling performer
Cd's, T-shirts and buttons
Runners: spell artist
off at booths so they can get a drink etc., hand out A/Wpamphlets and give to
security at the street entrances, in general note areas of concern i.e
non-registered booths setting up, improper food vending, or great things
happening, report concerns to a committee member or person with walkie-talkie.

Cogeco will be filming throughout weekend and at the main stage.
In general wear comfortable clothing
(layered) and footwear if you’re moving equipment consider safety, have
sunscreen and hat
Clean-up and assisting
Artists when leaving Sat & Sun 6pm, music continues Sat night til 8pm

website. Volunteers are still needed so tell your friends about the
exciting weekend.

Frequently Asked Questions and walk about, Bus stop, water, banks, when groups
play ????

Large signs with website available for display on
prominate places can be picked up and there are lots of posters to get out.so
stop by at help spread the word.
8.
Fox FM will be starting ads next week and TV
will be doing a shoot May 29. We have been noted on CBC radio.Other
places the Day Tripper and First Monday. Thank you to all media for their
kind attention.
